Favorite Skyline Catering menu item: Fried mac & cheese fritters
Favorite Founder’s Room menu item: Veggie breakfast burrito. (I like vegetarian options, even if I don’t currently follow a vegetarian diet because of my line of work.)
Favorite way to spend a day off: Start off with some early morning cartoons and a little walk in the park, followed by video games and a sip (or 20) of an energy drink. And of course, I love hangin’ with the homies as much as possible.
What is your dream vacation destination? Vietnam, New Zealand, Japan, and Ireland. I know that’s four, and I’m usually good at making decisions. Each of these places have a vast variance in culture (especially food culture), and I’d love to experience the differences.
What was your first job? Perkins Restaurant and Bakery. Not glamorous, but I’m still cooking almost 14 years later.
What is your go-to coffee shop order? I like my coffee in all shapes, forms, and varieties. I tend towards a latte with honey at a shop, because even if it’s not a good latte – it has honey
What is a song you will never skip when it comes on? “Seneca Falls,” by The Distillers
What is one thing on your bucket list? Eat at Blue Hill at Stone Barns
Fun fact about you: I was on the leaderboards for a competive video game for the first time ever last year. 🙂
