Our Gluten-Free Commitment

We have a multitude of gluten-free options at the Founder’s Room, and through our events held at the club. This is personal for us! Our co-owners require a gluten-free diet, and our skilled culinary team can take just about any item on our menu and make a delicious, gluten-free version of it.

For most of our menu items, the only glutenous ingredient is the bread, and for that we have gluten-free bread, as well as gluten-free tortilla wraps that can be substituted on any item. Most of our daily soups are gluten-free as well. When we make our soup du jour we aim to make them all gluten-free. We even have our very own secret recipe for a gluten-free batter/breading for fried foods like chicken and cod. These items are also fried in their own dedicated gluten-free fryer. In fact, we have four dedicated gluten-free fryers in our kitchen!
