Grilled Tenderloin Filet
Tenderloin filet grilled to medium-rare, topped with whipped herb butter and smoked salt, served with au jus, grilled asparagus, and cheesy au gratin potatoes

S’mores Triffle
Layered graham cracker crumbs, chocolate mouse, and torched marshmallow fluff for an elegant take on a classic s’mores
