Pork sausage wrapped around a boiled egg breaded and fried to golden brown perfection atop a bed of spring greens with a creamy mustard sauce
Salad Course
Greek Horiatiki Salad
Strips of fresh cucumber topped with julienne green bell pepper, red onion, kalamata olives, crumbled feta cheese, and dressed with our house-made Greek dressing
Entree Course
German Beer Braised Beef Short Rib
Beef short rib slow roasted in German beer, smothered in pearl onion gravy with whole grain mustard and herb spaetzle and roasted asparagus
Dessert
A Taste of Mexico
Mexican chocolate mousse, ancho chili-infused whipped cream, vanilla bean crumble, cocoa nibs, and candied jalapeno
